I tried out an under-desk bike for 7 days before writing this article.

Of course, the greater the tension, the greater the development, and the speed at which you will tone your legs. But do keep in mind that this is intended to be slow and gentle.

It’s not a race or trying to get that muscle burn. In fact, it’s almost the complete opposite.
